Terms of service

These terms apply to dry cleaning, laundry and alterations at The Dry Cleaning Centre & Alterations, 165 Manor Road, Chigwell IG7 5QA.

Please tell us about stains, previous repairs, and anything of high value when you drop items off. We inspect garments in good faith but hidden faults (rot, sun fade, poorly attached beads) can show after cleaning.

Turnaround times given in the shop are estimates. Collection is during opening hours, Monday to Saturday 8am–6pm, unless we agree otherwise.

Uncollected items may be disposed of after a reasonable time if we cannot reach you on the details you gave us. Ask in the shop if you need items held longer.

Liability for loss or damage is limited to the cost of cleaning or the alteration charged for that ticket, except where the law does not allow a limit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices are as quoted in the shop. A website offer, if shown, applies only as stated on that page.
