We collect what you give us to run the shop: your name, phone number or email if you leave garments or ask us to call back, and payment details at the till. We do not run a customer account login on this website.

This website uses no advertising pixels. Hosting logs (IP address, pages requested) may be stored by our hosting company for security and uptime. Google reviews and photos shown on the site come from Google’s Places API and are subject to Google’s terms.

We do not sell your details. We keep ticket and contact information only as long as we need it to return garments, deal with a query, or meet tax and accounting rules.

To ask what we hold, or to ask us to update or delete it, call the shop or write to the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are not satisfied.
